How do I place an order?
To order, browse through the website and click on any of the thumbnails or product items to view the full page of the product, including the description. To purchase an item, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. If there are any additional options for your item, please be sure to select the desired options before adding to your cart. To view what items are in your cart, you can click on "Shopping Cart" at the top of the page or locate the Shopping Cart box on the left hand side of the page. When you are finished shopping and would like to pay, please click on "Checkout" at the top of the page to start the checkout procedure.
Upon checkout, you will be asked to either login to your account or to create a new account if you do not already have one. Creating a new account is quite easy and takes only a few moments.
How do I know if my order was received?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain the details of your order. You can also log in to your account at Melissa Lew to track your orders.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a delivery email on the date your order was shipped. Melissa Lew ships by USPS Priority Mail and you can expect to receive your items 2-3 days from shipping date (if domestic US customer). If you are an international customer, please contact me for a shipping quote.
Why was my order cancelled?
If you received a cancellation email for your order, it was because I did not receive payment. Paypal order payments need to be received within 24 hours of placing order. If you pay by personal cheque/check - your cheque/check will be returned and your order will be cancelled.
Payment Information:
Payment Methods: Melissa Lew accepts all major credit cards through Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure way to make credit card payments on the web. Selecting Paypal as your method of payment will redirect you to their website during checkout. If you already have a Paypal account, please enter your login information at the prompt. You do not need to create a Paypal account to use Paypal. Orders paid by Paypal will be processed instantly.

I do not accept personal cheques/checks. Any personal cheques/checks will be returned to the sender and the order will be cancelled.
Shipping and Delivery Information
Most orders will be shipped within 4 business days of payment, but please do allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery. All orders within the USA will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Upon shipment, it generally takes about 2-3 days for delivery for USPS Priority Mail. $5 flat rate on all orders! If you are an international customer, please contact me for a shipping quote.
Returns and Exchanges
I hope that you love your items as much as I did creating them. I take great pains in providing detailed descriptions and measurements, and I triple check all of my products before listing and prior to shipping to ensure tip-top quality. However, if you feel that an item was misrepresented in the description please let us know.
If you feel an item was misrepresented, I do accept returns or exchanges for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 30 days of the shipping date. Please contact me to arrange for store credit refund or exchange within 7 days from receiving your order.
All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. There are certain items I cannot accept returns or exchanges for, such as earrings.
